Please follow the steps below to complete your registration
Step 1 - Initial password
We have now sent you an email containing an initial password. If you have not received your email please contact your Private Banker.
Once you have received your email please follow the appropriate section of Step 2, depending on whether you are a smartphone or non smartphone user.
Step 2 - Apple and Android smartphone users
If you have not already done so please download the Hampden & Co mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Please log in to the mobile app using your User ID, which is contained in the letter sent to you on 31 December 2018 and the initial password, referred to in step 1.
Follow the steps on screen to complete your mobile activation.

Step 2 - Non smartphone users
If you have not already advised us that you do not have a smartphone or would prefer not to download and use the mobile app, please contact your Private Banker who will provide you with an alternative login process.
If you have already advised your Private Banker that you do not have a smartphone or would prefer not to download and use the mobile app, you can complete your registration by clicking the button below. You will require your User ID, which is contained in the letter sent to you on 31 December 2018 and the initial password, referred to in step 1.
